@Operational needs do you guys have a problem with misloads? Three days in a row, 7-10 per day on my truck.

We have other couriers loading our trucks. Guy who loads mine does a great job. Cover drivers have problems with misloads more than anyone else because they might not know the area. Another HUGE difference between us and you all is we look at and scan every package on our truck in the morning, so even if I end up with a misload I’ll catch it.
