That’s the thing here. They can’t pull any licenses without a court order. Won’t ever happen because an executive order is not law. Also even if they did have laws they’d have to prove in court that each specific restaurant or bar was a health hazard.
Saying wal mart can be open but not a restaurant probably isn’t gonna fly in court.
