230’s isn’t to hot just about right

Tried to do some wings on the pellet grill for a New Year’s Eve party. Never could get that bastard hot enough to crisp the skin
It’s was 15 degrees out ended up finishing in the oven

Note to self if it’s below freezing leave cover on pellet grill
