You should. Easy to cook low and slow. Makes good sandwiches and Tacos. Slice it thin, pan crisp it, on a roll with bbq sauce and coleslaw. Plus it comes in around $3.99 a pound.

I've only ever done pork belly burn ends. I'll have to try the taco idea.

I have a house just north of there in NC.
It is a medium-small town but not real small.
The traffic is atrocious when any big events are going on.
It is on the southern end of Lake Chatuge which is formed by a damming of the Hiawassee River.
There are a variety of eateries and shopping there.
It is fairly close to Helen, GA which is a Germany Alpine style tourist attraction.
