Old Man Jingles

Rat out of a cage
We've seen the same thing here in Georgia!
Friggin' Yankees move down here to get away from repressive governance and then they want all the Socialist niceties that caused the conditions they moved away from!

The Southern Refrain
The Yankee comes to the south for a visit and quickly leaves.
The Damn Yankee comes for a visit and never leaves.
The God Dam Yankee comes for a visit, never leaves, and then goes on and on about how much nicer it was back home.

Inordinately Right
Probably gonna do it soon so LA/LA County/California don't get a fat chunk of his Spotify money.
Maybe.
If you listen to his podcast though, he's been complaining for a while about the way politicians have let the homeless and drug problems spiral out of control.

The place is a total s*hole.

I don’t like people like Rogan. You sit there and preach and preach about investing in inner cities, how he doesn’t mind paying taxes and wishes the government would take more if it went to a good place, helping the poor and down trodden.

California does that all the time, he is seeing what he virtue signals on a fairly regular basis. Yet he doesn’t want to live with the result of spiraling left wing ideology running rampant, which all “moderate” communists contribute to.

He will come to Texas and continue to virtue signal his :censored2: obsession with Tulsi and even people like Bernie Sanders, who he let slide multiple times in their interview. Joe likes to give people :censored2: for not speaking their mind or having honest conversations but when push comes to shove, he buckles. He sets aside his real feelings on things to further his podcast and get people to come on even if they are dishonest and he has to semi-flatter / not challenge them.

He sounds like a Socialist politician!

I don’t listen to him often but he doesn’t seem like someone with firm convictions or ideology. He podcasts for money, that’s the goal. Having the means to flee a high tax state to keep more money for himself sounds right in line with what I know of him. I’m sure he’ll still have a home in California after he “moves” to Texas.

He just doesn't want to pay taxes. Which is fine, a lot of people feel that way. I don't think it's any more than that.

I’ve got to much time on my hands to listen to stuff and not a lot of high quality stuff to listen to.
I’ve probably listened to a 600+ episode of Joe’s show. If he doesn’t give up a chunk of his money to the out of control government in California he is being a huge hypocrite.
Which would be right in line with Joe.

Finally, something a Californian can brag about when it comes to government.

The Daily Wire To Move Headquarters From Los Angeles To Nashville

Boreing said that the move was being made due to a declining quality of life in the city, including high housing costs and homelessness.

The publisher’s 75 employees based in Los Angeles are being given until Oct. 1 to decide whether to make the move, Boreing said. He said that it looked like about 80% would make the move.

“The dream of California and the weather were enough to draw us all here and keep us here, even when it was hard,” he said. “But it’s hubris to think you can keep making it worse and worse for people and that somehow the idea of temperate winters will be enough to make them stay forever.”

:sad-little:

Hmmm. I’m not sure how I feel about this.

Would you feel better if liquor and cigarettes were right there at the check out stand along with the junk food?

No, ban liquor, cigs, and Marijuana... Ban :censored3: everything. That's California for ya. Oh, and don't bother to take care of getting the homeless off the streets or proper forest management. Next, they'll ban gasoline-powered automobiles.... wait, they already are. LMAO!!

Relax old man nobody is banning anything. Berkeley simply is saying what needs to be said. If obesity, diabetes, etc. Is a major health issue in America maybe junk food shouldn't be at a check stand just like cigarettes and liquor.

Ah, the punk is worried about his junk. :teethy: How adorable. What will you do after a puff, puff, pass session when you have to go deeper into the bright lights to get your munchies?
