You're on the National Negotiating Committee and claim to know it all but don't understand precedent, previous arbitration rulings and how they impact discipline in different regions.

Please refer me to these cases. I also have many binders full of arbitration rulings as well as CD's and PDF's. You signing anyones warning letter is just plain bad business.

To equate what goes on to a "bandwagon" dynamic is insulting to those of us who choose to pay attention, get involved, and vote.

I dont want to jump on the bandwagon but I've been waiting to jump that daggone shark he was talking about the other day.
