You want someone else to risk his capital, work 20 hour days, get it established, then take you on as an equal partner who benefits without doing all of the above. Doesn't work that way, never has.

if employees dont depend on capitalism, then why does it still exist? maybe people dont choose whats in their best interests. afterall, capitalism is only a few hundred years old; it should be much older than that considering it replaced slavery and feudalism

yea i have a loved one die from cancer but the point is if you are going to waste your life anyways as a worker 40 hours aweek or more, then a cure for cancer is sortve pointless
