When Blackrock and Vanguard wholesale dump their shares we can run around screaming the sky is falling. While Carol is indeed the second largest individual shareholder, it would literally take thousands of Carols combined to match one of the investment companies stakes at 6 to 8 percent.
That's not to say it's not interesting or not worthy of paying attention to what these individuals are doing; but at 0.1 percent leverage, they aren't even barely making ripples in the pond. But, there is such a thing as death by a thousand cuts, so definitely be interesting watching going forward.

Their funds are full of trash stocks that pay dividend. Pretty sure they use covered calls to give people their 3-5% yearly dividends in these funds. J.P. Morgan’s JEPI pays like 9% yearly.

80k shares. FedEx is taking out volume as a strike threat loom. Ups purchased “delivery solutions” as a “tech” arm in 2022. Delivery solutions will be the ie/head hunters to find pvds if we strike

Am I missing something? She exercised options for 180,000 shares, sold 80,000 shares (for taxes - someone liky you who make so much in the market understands the need to pay estimated taxes) and ended the day holding about 100,000 shares more than the day before. How is this dumping shares?
