When I worked in the hub before going full time PC, I had 3 weeks of vacation. 40 hours vacation and 25 hours option week.

Friday I got my vacation checks. Showing 52 hours of vacation pay and 8 hours option week at my inside rate. $14.40 for 60 hours.

Am I supposed to get paid at my driver rate or my inside rate?

And also will I still retain my 3 weeks of vacation? So next year I should get 120 hours of vacation? Instead of 60? 80 vacation and 40 option?

*edit* part time option week is actually 25 hours

The hours were earned at your inside rate which is why they were paid off that way.

Those checks were to pay off your vacations---they will not carry over to next year.

Tldr with 3 weeks of vacation what would it look like on my paystub as a full timer vs a part timer?

I heard full timers can take one day a week as well
