Log on upsers and scroll down to bottom of screen click on the HR tab then click on pay. Then you'll see the option

You change your Federal W-4 on upsers. If you also want to adjust your state you do that through HR.

A driver was asking me the other day about changing his W4 for black friday. Is it done before the work week or at the end?

If he wants to take full advantage of the Black Friday pay he can change it anytime between this Wednesday evening and next Wednesday evening. This assumes a Friday payday. He needs to make sure to change it back.
