Started with one for the longest time after he followed me around. Rescued another a few years ago. Then a stray mother and two kittens started hanging around my apartment recently. One kitten ended up dying and I kinda took the other two in.

You'd barely know they were there. All you gotta do is clean the litter morning and night but some people get the idea that once or twice a week is good enough. The same kind of people with a yard full of dog sh* I imagine.
