Can they force you to work tomorrow?

Point is, if you can’t come to work, take yourself out of service. Not sure why everyone has a hard time understanding this.

It's simple in RI. State law says you can't be forced in on Sundays and state holidays. Good luck trying.

RI has some good pro-worker laws. Sunday & Holiday protections, temporary disability & temporary caregivers insurance programs, earned sick time.
