To be fair that doesn't really have all that much to do with policy. They literally fund the entire nation.
To be fair that doesn't really have all that much to do with policy. They literally fund the entire nation.
The majority of the GDP of the nation is generated in the cities. So when the Democratic governor of New Mexico, a blue state, complains to the Federal government about not allowing anymore drilling on Federal land, which funds about half of her state's budget, the other blue states are going to step in and make up the difference? You know, the ones that just got a bailout because their pension funds were about to collapse? They're just oozing money that they're eager to give away while their own budgets are a disaster? Are you sure you don't want to look at that bridge in Brooklyn I have for sale?
If we judge policy by how well it raises the standard of living and use wealth generation as a proxy for that, then you’d have say Democrat run cities achieve that goal. It’s where all the money in the country comes from.To be fair that doesn't really have all that much to do with policy.
And we know blue cities are managed so well that they not only don't need bailouts but they have plenty to share with everyone. Amirite? The majority of the GDP of the nation is generated in the cities.
New York sent $22 billion more to the federal government than it got back in 2018.And we know blue cities are managed so well that they not only don't need bailouts but they have plenty to share with everyone. Amirite?
Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, OKC, etc don't contribute? Red state cities, suburbs don't contribute? Red voters in blue cities don't contribute? Even in blue cities a high percentage of business owners are likely conservatives. If we judge policy by how well it raises the standard of living and use wealth generation as a proxy for that, then you’d have say Democrat run cities achieve that goal. It’s where all the money in the country comes from.
The NYC metropolitan area generates more than 10% of the national GDP. Tell me then why Bill de Blasio is running it into the ground?New York sent $22 billion more to the federal government than it got back in 2018.
Dallas, Houston and Phoenix all have Democratic mayorsDallas, Houston, Phoenix, OKC, etc don't contribute? Red state cities, suburbs don't contribute? Red voters in blue cities don't contribute? Even in blue cities a high percentage of business owners are likely conservatives.
I just don't necessarily always agree that it's causation. If we judge policy by how well it raises the standard of living and use wealth generation as a proxy for that, then you’d have say Democrat run cities achieve that goal. It’s where all the money in the country comes from.
Still red states, God bless America!Dallas, Houston and Phoenix all have Democratic mayors
sounds like their doing a crappy job of it since the nation is running well in the redThey literally fund the entire nation.
Twitter allows multiple accounts and not a violation of the rules. Even CNN does it. Odd how CNN didn't get banned.Twitter bans project veritas when they expose CNN as fake news, and then @It will be fine descends into an hours long rambling diatribe complaining that Ben Shapiro is good at advertising on Facebook.
What an anti-semite.
It was the cringiest conversation I've ever had on hereTwitter bans project veritas when they expose CNN as fake news, and then @It will be fine descends into an hours long rambling diatribe complaining that Ben Shapiro is good at advertising on Facebook.
