05/12/2014.. progression? I thought they removed progression from part time package handlers. I did get that mra pump from 15.75 to 17$ back in July. So did the new hires.

COLA only applies to your base rate. So you'd get $.33 applied to your $15.75 as well as your annual raise. If you're working under an MRA, you won't see it until they take the MRA away.
