Mass. passed the medical maryjane law on this last election , 63% yes.
One of the new rules is that someone can grow at home a 60 day supply , if they are to ill or too broke to buy , but here's where landlords can be punished.
Since it is still illegal by federal law to grow and there are federal laws against discriminating against tenants , any building where the feds find someone growing pot can be seized .
Also the act of just attempting to grow indoor pot can cause major building structure problems ; mold , water damage , weakening of the floors , old wiring shorting out thus causing fires .

Agree or disagree, to me its no different than the early days of prohibition. Just legalize it already nationwide. Remove the stigma and make room in our prison system for actual law breakers.

It amazes me that just because pot is illegal it's bad but alcohol kills more ppl a yr than pot ever did. Everyone's argument is it legal so it's ok to come home an drink a 6 pack or a martini but smoke a joint and u r the degenerate loser. Makes no sense
