My last OJS ride, I asked my On-car Supe on the third day (a Thursday), if he was going to ride with me again on Friday?

He responded, "God I hope not".

An on road supervisors who is disgruntled will sing like a canary.



I wouldn't take the "God I hope not" to literally. He probably usually leaves by 3:30 on Friday, so you didn't meet his work lifestyle.

If the Surepost stop has to be driven by to get to another stop it should be a proximity stop. I see Surepost packages on the truck every day that will be driven by 1-3 times during the course of the day.

I have seen surepost pkgs for a ups store going to the post office... apt stops that are surepost going to the po even though I have ground pkgs in the same complex....ups is scamming the surepost system... I saw it everyday and nobody wanted to do anything about it!!!

I have known some sups who have said they don't want to know what happen because they dont want to be responsible for it later....seen it both ways...especially in feeder, lots of stuff gets swept under the rug...

25 hr vacation paychecks instead of 20
OT After 5 hours, some areas its OT after 5 and a half.
Bidding rights on all part time shifts
Right to complete your job without getting kicked off clock while letting drivers load, thats not right, union should fight this.
$2-3 raise for all part timers
