Yeah, you got me. I guess you're right.....since it all worked out for you, we should all quit trying. Who cares if the median home price is 200K. We shouldn't be able to afford average. BTW, since we're getting all technical, I asked what you would sell that condo for, not what someone needs to make o qualify for a mortgage for it. I guess we both have issues sticking to specifics
