I believe the big issue is the denial of entry for green card and visa holders. These people have legal status and were being denied their rights without due process. A vetted EO would have made the distinction clear, instead the Trump regime bumbled around and tried to backpedal out of that only allowing them entry after public backlash.

many of our attackers here had legal status but traveled back to the home country where they were radicalized. even if they have legal status they need extra scrutiny if they maintain contact with or travel to those countries.
