I actually had a helper that day and the rest of our center was done within a few hours...I usually arrive to work 20 minutes before start time since you seem to be so concerned

I have to honest. I was that guy who was concerned about drivers working off the clock. I was one of the guys writing grievances on drivers jumping in their trucks before start time, exchanging straight time pay, for overtime pay. I'm not saying it's you, but you know if it is.
If it isn't you, well you know the guys I'm talking about. "Look at me boss. I'm doing a good job aren't I?" Screwing myself out of a 1/2 hour, every hour I work off the clock. Then I got paid for their time working in the trucks. They worked for free, and I got paid for it.
If it wasn't you, then you liked what I did.
