You'll never believe how easy it is to take an old piece an make a huge statement like this old ladder did. The wall was big and empty before, and now holds character and sentimentality.

My daughters neighbor has one of these. After a week it was so full of dog slobber and snot it was worthless.

Take a few books like shown....using a size small child's belt, fasten them together to make an interesting display. I have done this I several places and using a straw type belt was the best display.

We did this strawberry tower today that we saw on DIY. Supposedly the strawberries will "cascade" down the side and stay clean (not in dirt). We'll see.
