No, that was Timothy McVeigh. The Unabomber was more or less a hermit who was angry at the world because technology replaced his job. He was a mathematician. He made some bombs and killed and injured some people who worked at high tech firms. He sent letters to newspapers ranting about technology and taking credit for the bombings. His brother was the total opposite of him. Really decent guy. When he read in the newspaper what the Unabomber had written he recognized it as similar to letters his brother had written the family. He called authorities, not sure which ones, but FBI went to his brother's shack in Montana and eventually arrested him.
