It was definitely a political statement.
I disagree with revolver, gang bangers that participate in hits will use rifles with brass catchers.
The casing don't matter when there were messages on them. As for his face the day before. From my understanding the back packs don't match. I'd disagree, that it wasn't a professional. The average person using low grain/ sub sonic rounds with a silencer/ suppressor. Should not be able to clear the gun like he was doing. Sub sonic has no report leaving a gun , and with the silencer. The pop from the grain firing was probably the sound of a bag popping or less. Would not bring attention to the guy.
Also, what layman shoots a guy with his first to shots in both calves? No one would think about that. A professional would to take the bullet proof vest he was wearing out of the equation.

How else would a Joe Blow know where and when the guy is staying 10 days (he left Atlanta on a bus) before the CEO gets there. Knows which door and what time he's coming out.

He was talking to someone on that burner phone shortly before the murder. Likely someone paid him to do it rather than he's a nut who's angry with United Healthcare.
