No, if you read, your would understand that you're red circled at your rate, not a percentage. You remain at that rate, until the progression catches and passes you.

Again......Because you haven't been FT at the onset of a new contract. Have you read anything @542thruNthru or I have been trying to tell you? Or have you been more interested in just saying what you have to say?

You didn't even know about the stricken language in your own supplement. You need to read and understand your contract for yourself, not just take someone's word for things, BA or not. Cover your own ass, no one else will do it as well as you will.

If I remember correctly it was the same last contract but it wasn't understood and many grievances had to be filed over it. I know my local never caught it. It was always "No you only get the raises after progression. "

All my raises during progression were 85% of the contractual GWI because I was a TCD before going full time.

My entire progression was done under an existing contract so I guess that could be the difference.

no, but everybody in my center goes through the same situation, it’s at the end of the southern supplement in the letter of understanding I think

If there truly is a letter of understanding That supersedes the national language then I'd be pretty pissed.

You will get the gwi. Just like every other year, that's what your entitled to. Your back pay will only be for the gwi back dated to August 1st. I think.

As formerly a TCD (Cover Driver) that transitioned to full time 22.4, my rate was 85% of the previous top rate. At $35.27 an hour, my rate exceeded all 4 years of progression of a 22.4 from the jump. They say we get GWI in progression so does that apply to me also?

I just checked it. I got the full $2.75 my rate is now $38.03

You will receive the full GWI to your rate. At least in the southern, where I am located. Soooo my backpay is $745.

So you've never actually been in progression at the start of a new contract? Where the language would apply to you.

He’s in progression, just not getting the bumps in pay yearly because he’s red circles higher than the current rate. He should get GWI.

In southern, he’s red circled at the TCD rate. Which goes up when rpcd gets a raise.

I know, that’s what I’ve been arguing. @542thruNthru and @Just A UPS Guy been saying we would get the whole 2.75$ raise but we didn’t, we got the usual 85% because we are red circled
