Does UPS drug test inside sales reps prior to hiring (phoenix)?

I figure they will for drivers and if someone has an accident, but not sure about a sales rep.

The only employees randomly drug tested are those who carry a CDL.

Package car drivers are only drug tested if someone has an accident or if there is probable cause.

Sales reps are tested to determine the amount of Starbucks in their systems.

No one asks if there is a drug test unless they have done something that would warrant fear of said test.

Honestly I'm not 100% sure,but from what I hear drug testing is not cheap and at the rate UPS is hiring people now I find it hard to believe they would spend the money on it unless it was absolutely necessary. JMHO.
