Does UPS match 401k?

I would so much rather have a defined contribution into my 401k

Only if it was the same amount that is going into our pensions now... I think ups would try to water the amount down that they would contribute...

UPS matches 401k for non union hourly employees and management. The first post on this thread is for that program.

Could you imagine what the union would do if we all voted no and said screw the pension give us our money?
