Almost all manuals in my center.

They've phased a lot of our manuals out in the last few years. I'd say about 25% of our non peak fleet are manuals. Then we have a ton in the yard for during peak, that don't get used the rest of the year

yet, these PC's all have power steering with the low step... SMH
