They're not my boss. By ordering something they give me permission to be on their property. And to do my job properly I must take a picture unless they are there to take said package. It's that simple.
Exactly. I’m out there doing a job I’m trying to do. There is no option in the board for me to choose That would not be considered falsifying records. I’m going to be as honest as I can, snap the picture and move on. If the customer has a problem with that, it’s not with me it with ups. They are of course, more than welcome to call and complain and see what happens until I hear Otherwise, I will continue to do so at their house.
