Employees in a union shop in a RTW state are not required to join the union.

Look people im a memeber of local 728 in atlanta. We have non union workers working on our dock. Im a paying member of the union. Their doing our work and im home LAID OFF!!!! Thats the bottom line...

We have and we're dealing with the labor board.. Our Union is allowing this and their not fighting for us. Mind you they're in the SAME building.
