I was reading the FAQs over the tuition assistance program and came across something that confused me - there seems to be a difference in the Earn & Learn EAP that Part time non management employees get, and the EAP that part time management and full time non union members get. It seems that there's a difference but I can't find out what the difference is. Any ideas? Posted pic.
I'm hourly but recently am contemplating management based on my situation. Is there any difference in the programs though? Is Part time management voucher only or are you reimbursed also? Is part time management done through edcor also or is it a separate entity?
What? I'm already doing EAP Earn and Learn, as I am a package loader. I'm trying to find the difference between the EAP Earn and Learn, and the EAP that full time non union and part time management gets.
