The odds of anyone coming down with ebola on that ship is minimal, but as a health worker, she should've erred on the side of caution and stayed home, away from people for a couple more days just to be safe.

Yes. That is exactly what I am saying. Moreluck tosses about doubling the budget in 14 years. The facts are, since the sequester, their budget has risen at a substantially lower rate than 2000-2008.

Now if you want to argue that the GOP is really big gov't, yeah, I'm down with that. The republicans have never been unlike the democrats in pillaging the masses. The 2 only differ in how those spoils will be divided out to their faithful.

No argument from me. It is worth pointing out that Homeland Security had a 2006 budget more 10X's ($79.7b)the CDC 2014 budget. I'd wager the CDC has saved more lives.

Exactly. People are flying into the EU first, then to america. We would have to stop all flights from everywhere in order to stop people from coming to the US with the desease.
