Who can verify over 1,000,000 AMERICAN deaths from the war?
I seem to remember around 3,100 from the 9/11 attacks and roughly 3,400 in Iraq. Seems quite a ways from 1,000,000. If the discussion is about ENEMY deaths, oh well, they are ENEMIES. We have to do what we have to do to maintain our AMERICAN security. I have no problem with the war, except the 'exit strategy' seems not too well thought out, but the reasons were valid. As for Fred Thompson, declare and after some review, you will probably have my vote.
