At this point in my career I’m pretty sure I’m the bottom one that says “well done”.
Is it that way in all 50 statesHere is info from Oregon OSHA but it pretty much covers the definition recommended by Health and Safety Professionals.

NIOSH says water should be potable, <15°C (59°friend), and made accessible near the work area.
Open the back door. Problem solved.
OSHA’s purpose is not to over regulate or get UPS “on the run” as you put it.Finally did my OSHA interview,
4 questions on the phone they didn’t even come out:
1. How long have you worked here?
2. Does UPS provide access to water and ice in the morning?
3. Do they have activities and talk about heat related issues?
4. Any suggestions on ways to mitigate heat illness?
Lol that’s it. Clearly they’ve got UPS on the run! Nothing about ice jugs on the truck provided by UPS, or air-conditioning.
You are on a need to know basis.OSHA’s purpose is not to over regulate or get UPS “on the run” as you put it.
OSHA has implemented a 3 year National Emphasis Program to mitigate Heat related injuries/ illnesses in the American Workplace.
How did you answer these questions?
Please be as exact to what you said as possible.
Did you ask the exact questions that I previously suggested to you and requested you to ask them?
No surprise. You are on a need to know basis.
You’ll see.OSHA will change nothing of significance.
It will be up to us through negotiations.
Eventually it will happen.View attachment 397154
Those numbers are typical of most contract proposal polls. AC and heat issues just don’t make the cut on importance, no matter how many posts you make about it. Sorry. We have bigger issues. Even snowflakes on Reddit agree.
Never going to happen. Unless everyone wants to take a pay cut and that just isn't going to happen.Eventually it will happen.
We will both be on a beach before it does.Eventually it will happen.
No surprise.
You’ll see.
Eventually it will, mark my words.Never going to happen. Unless everyone wants to take a pay cut and that just isn't going to happen.
Perhaps. We will both be on a beach before it does.

2. Does UPS provide access to water and ice in the morning?
The question was not answered. You are correct.
And to @Integrity tirelessly bitching about an OSHA requirement to supply drivers with suitably cool water, I will refer to the 2nd question OSHA asked you.
Case closed.
