A judge in Florida has dismissed the case against former President Trump's handling of classified documents, with Trump telling Fox News he is 'thrilled' with the ruling.
Apparently not if a judge says it’s unconstitutional for the executive branch to appoint and fund a special counsel. The reasoning sounds pretty shaky to me. Will read more.
special prosecuters have to be confirmed by congress previously in some capacity. Jack smith was a private citizen when appointed to this job and never confirmed. i would think that any special prosecuter assigned to investigate a former president should have all the credentials and more to be allowed to do that job.
