Yeah FedEx loves acronyms and thinks everyone knows all their meanings. They need to publish a book listing out all their acronyms. CTVs are just the semis that have roller bed trailers so cans can roll on and off. They're a great idea, but as the trailers age, the rollers get more and more difficult to work smoothly.

Yeah, that was especially aggravating with dispatch when I was new to the company.

I actually remember a long time ago they didn't take any on-call p/u's on Christmas Eve and no drop boxes either. Funny how THAT all changed.
