Fired, I can't believe this is happening

I was fired Monday and i'm going to panel in a few days.

Monday after work I was walking back to my personal vehicle, and little did I know my on-road was walking behind me. Then, I opened my door to get in and about 3 UPS pens rolled out from underneath my seat and onto the ground. I look up and my sup is staring at me in disbelief.

Fired! for stealing. Tuesday, I was escorted from the building with my center manager holding the evidence in front of my face for all to see.

This is ridiculous... what do I do??

Any words of advice Frigid?

This sounds bogus but if it's true your whole center team needs to go ...and I don't mean move their asses to a different location....what a waste of time and money. I would make their ups life so hard after that...

Did the pens land on the stolen iPhone that fell out when you opened your car door?

UPS pens are readily available for all drivers to use on route. It's not stealing. You'll easily win at panel. Sleep well, don't even let this bother you...unless there's more to the story???

If the pens fell out of your car onto the ground....how did your center manager (who did not witness this magical event) get hold of said pens that you claim he had when they walked you out the following day?

This is a troll at best, but what kinda car can pens roll out from under, presumably the drivers seat, out of the car?

I personally have multiple ups pens I have in the bag I have at work as a PTer and leave work with it daily. If they told me to leave the pens behind I'd do it but it's insanity to think they'd try to say I was stealing them.

I'm assuming you're a driver as an on road followed you, there's no reason to expect a driver wouldn't have a pen or two on them when leaving, and probably leaving extras in their car in case they needed another or dropped one in there.

Troll or delusional is my opinion.

There's always more to the story....but "technically"....it is stealing. They are available for drivers to use on route...taking them home could be considered theft of UPS property. Do they enforce it? Hardly ever....even I have a handful of ups pens at home.

Assuming his story is even true....management must've been burning for an excuse to get rid of him for some reason.

I have a few clipboard clips you can have if you want? Great to hold panel stuff together. Also have a black handcart in the trunk. Let me know.
