Full time driver position

I am going in a couple days for an interview for a full time seasonal driver position and am just wondering what the odds are that it could turn into a permanent position. Any input would help. Thanks

There are way too many variables for anyone here to be able to give you "odds" on it happening.

You put the "odds" in your favor by working your butt off while you are here.

Chances are it won't. At my center there's a line for driving among part time permanents and management typically likes to use the 1 in every 6 hires outside slot to give a PT supervisor a shot at training for FT sup or FT driver.

It did for me. 8 years Air Force. Hired off the street as a driver in 1989. DM at the time was also a vet----told me that my vet status sealed the deal.

Might give you advantage for getting hired. Everything here is based on seniority. You could get lucky and be a company pick.
