We've noticed. Thanks for that fabulous insight. The whole time, I was thinking this was the real world. Lol!

Is that the royal WE, or are there 2 of you? We've noticed.
I have a feeling BUG, that you are part of the antiquated, old guard system, that the members have fallen victim to. Since some of our leaders still think we are living in times of muscle or bravado and not in times of intelligence and out thinking our nemesis "UPS". It is time for the old guard to step away and let the times change for the betterment of all Teamster members. You're confusing confidence with arrogance.
I know where I've been, and what I've done.
Dedication, doesn't come without a price. Both personally, and professionally.
"Some" of us do it for the benefit of the members, and all the right reasons.
It's easy to identify.... who the opportunist are.

Gotta hate having to be "transparent"?I have a feeling IC, that you are living in a delusional world of social media.
Since most of the newbies assume (that don't have any muscle or bravado) "out thinking"
our nemesis UPS, is more of a "pipe dream", than it is reality.
It's time for the millennial's (and associated duffus) to put down the phone....
And actually do something.
Stop embarrassing us.

Is "duffus" plural?
I'm not sure if that's Latin.Would that be duffus's, duffeses or duffi?

Could be duffae.
Duffus's is possessive.
Duffus could be plural.
Where's Major English when you need him?
I have done and am doing more than you can imagine. The only difference between you and I, is that I stand up for the members and you stand up for the Union "Old Guard Establishment". You, and others like you, are scared to lose your cushy, do nothing, travel the country jobs.Gotta hate having to be "transparent"?
I'm afraid the wagons may be "uncircling".

How about answering the question? Do you think it is ok to let delegates decide who the General President will be, in lieu of a populace vote?Pig Boy....
Is off on a drunken rant.
Trying to spank Bubble.
OMG.
"Pimp slaps"?Is it any wonder....
Why the company "pimp slaps" you guys ?
They own you.
And, they know it.
On the other hand;
"Real" Teamsters, get the job done on your behalf.
But, you whine.... all the while.
Pfft.

His heroes are the status quo! He is afraid of change because change means no more free rides and hanging with UPS management in vacation destinations."Real Teamsters"?
Are they the ones that let people get fired by not entering all the evidence at hand into the local or panel hearings...."because corporate wants them gone"?
Are they the ones that argue to allow supervisors to work (drive) ahead of hourly in a local hearing?
Are those the Teamsters that you consider "real"....your heroes?
Help me out -Bug-.
"Pimp slaps"?
I like you -Bug-. You're funny.
It was just a joke so don't be agitated.
But I've never been pimp slapped in my life.
Been sucker punched and it only made me mad.
You have a good weekend -Bug-.
Pimp slapped.
Bahahahahahahaha.
Good one -Bug-. Thx

Actually, I didn't take the pimp slap comment personal because it isn't relevant to me or our members here.Glad I could make you laugh.
I'll be truthful.... apathy in the membership, does agitate me. Big time.
It's probably unfair to characterize all UPS people like that.
I can't comment on your Local experiences without knowing the details.
But.... that's what the ballot box is for.
If your Local leaders keep getting re-elected, they must be doing something right.
Hanging with UPS management in vacation destinations ? That's rich.
I wouldn't call Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Denver, St. Louis, exactly vacation spots.
FZ and his cronies, never complained about the destinations of some of the Panels.
In fact... once they are outside the (50 mile radius) of their Local, they put everything
on their Local Union issued credit card.
Even for a cup of coffee. And their allotment of 2 cocktails per day.

Ft . Lauderdale, St . Petersburg, San Diego, Las Vegas, Chicago, Washington DC and Boston. All seem like prime vacation spots to me.Glad I could make you laugh.
