Now show the rate in Baltimore, St. Louis, New Orleans, Detroit, Chicago, and a few others. Take away those cities and this is one of the safest countries in the world. Their rate is comparable to the worst countries like El Salvador and Honduras.

Yes, mandatory minimum sentencing, harsher penalties, more police, and more people in prison all helped to lower crime.

Now Democrats are trying to undo all of that.
