Those that don't think there everwere UPS management employees capable of intimidation, immoral acts, even to sick things like "killing cats" door knob messages is either naive or just plain stupid.

I carry one hereat work (Not UPS) and they hate it, but sometimes people forget exactly what was said and it keeps everyone honest. When I drive, you can leave notes on any issues that may arise or if there is an incident, you are covered. In New York State you have the right to protect yourself by caring one, so I even tell some that I am recording.

The problem Mr. Oshea has was that he used the Arbritration method. He should have filed a Unjust termination suit and used his notes and recordings for the judge and jurors to listen to and States Attorney at trial...Arbritration doesn't always remedy a situation!

At the minimum catch someone perjur themselves in the court of law and let them hang themselves. Perjury in Arbritation does nothing..

They wil lie through there teeth!
