I’m just trying to see if someone had any suggestions since the stupid claims/ investigation department seems to be of no help and o had to figure out where it was shipped from myself! I already went to my local hub and I called the place it left from the last thing I know to do is drive the two hours to the other hub and beg for help! That’s another kicker is it was only two hours from me! SMH!!

If I'd hazzard a guess the pack and ship store (ups store?) that the seller (Ebay hoarder) went to has a lot of responsibility behind why a large doll was not able to make it through the system. label may have fallen off, might just be an empty box now, etc.

It would be in overgoods at that point and we don't really care to look past that point, just pay the claim, resell or dispose and move on...
