Going to be an electricity free weekend here. Loads of damage and impassable roads, trees down everywhere.. 12" of paste so far.

It's not NE, but it's East.

I trudged around in the snow all day yesterday, finally get to where I live late last night..... No snow, NOTHING. Oh, except for the snow I brought on my car. Lol.

Did the driveway last night when I got home from work. Only about 3-4 inches but that was some wet heavy snow here in mid-CT.
Snowthrower was basically useless.

They are saying everyone will be restored by Monday.

Friday, I delivered to some rural towns at the northern edge our area. Worst damage I've ever seen. Whole towns, no power. I don't see how these people will get it back by Monday.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that we missed the brunt of the storm. There is 2-3" of snow on the ground, roads are clear and sidewalks shoveled. 46 degrees on Sunday should lower those totals.

We managed to get power back, but yeah some areas wont have power for a while. I think they said most of the restoration will be complete by Monday, but not all.

Yeah, slop is a nightmare for the snow blower. I prefer shoveling...good exercise.
