Union dues vary by local---ours are 3 times our hourly once per month.

Yes, you have to take the insurance----I would love to see the option for PTers to opt out in exchange for a higher hourly rate.

Dental coverage will also vary by local.

Top rate is about $33-34/hour.

You apply for a mgt position with a letter of intent to your center manager.

Supervisors are at-will employees.
