How ups feels about hiring Fedex drivers

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and have a interview tomorrow for a temp driver Im a FedEx ground driver now, so my question is do you guys see a lot of ex Fedex drivers working or getting hired?

Yeah but invariably we have to break all of their bad habits and "re-train" them.

Seems like we've been getting quite a few ex fed ex drivers...half fail cause they aren't used to walking into a 100% full truck

Stop parking on the wrong side of the road and nosing into loading docks...and don't sag your trousers

forget everything that you may have liked about Ground.

I hate ground crappy pay no benefits and the rte's are to big and nose in being lazy and I worked for express and at the time getting full time was not in the future for anybody at the company who were pt

Would have saved a life in my area. Maybe two lives...the lady that was backed over and the career of the Ground driver.

You definitely have to be careful I'm no newbie but most ground drivers dnt have any experience in this business but i understand what your saying
