How was your Friday after Thanksgiving?

Finished up the day with 75 stops and less than 8 hours on the clock. I guess they decided to do something nice for us at my center and dispatched as many routes as possible (probably to keep all the extra pay to a minimum) but it worked out into a pretty easy day for just about everyone here.

How'd everyone else' go?

Decent...heavy as hell but they bought preload and drivers hot breakfast....so I got paid triple time to eat bacon and eggs. I've definitely had worse days at work...lol.

Had 140 or so stops. Also had a helper 3 hours. Since most of my pick ups were closed I finished about 16:45. Got home at a decent hour and am sitting back relaxing with a mixed drink in hand.

Considering how much on my route was closed, not really.

Yes. If the stuff for the mall on the mall route I load had not been delivered today, it would be waiting for me first thing Monday morning, plus whatever new volume is to come.

I did get a delivery today, and went outside to see who it was, but it was a rental van. Label says it was fed-ex.
