You are not being clear what happened but this seems to be more on the Union than UPS. Our Union is not all friendly to new hires. The good news is that the Union (by allowing such low wages and nickel and diming new hires) and the company through paying such low wages have pretty much made it so we never get any employees that aren't total losers.

I worked christmas...4 check periods...the contract says union dues kick in
5th week...$25.00 per check...UPS with held $150 from 4 th paycheck then issued the $150.00 in 5th paycheck...with held $80.00 and changed w4 to 0 exemptions..talk about slimy...
