Which is a major reason why they're desperately trying to keep the illegals here. Even non citizens get counted in the census for purposes of redistricting. Something Congress should change.

Arizona was getting purple, but Trump won big here, more than 2016. The house and senate here gained seats. Many Californians moved here, I guess they aren’t all liberals
