UPS would not know how to operate on a even and level playing field.Yep, but an end to every double standard that gives UPS the upper hand.

We've gotta hold Teamsters United to their word and, I think, swing for the fences. For example, I'll be happy to concisely and passionately defend the removal of all "no strike clauses" from our contracts. I don't care that it's not a "realistic" goal. Obviously there were serious problems with the Teamsters back in the early 70s (*ahem* the mafia's control of the union), but I was just talking with a fiery retiree who remembers what it was like for the union to hold its own trump card. He told me his BA would remind the center manager, "We can settle this right now or I'll go grab the picket signs."UPS would not know how to operate on a even and level playing field.

The more I learn about the grievance procedure, the more I loathe it. We have gotten bogged down in a bureaucratic process that, no surprise, has largely benefited the company. The cameras are case in point. They refused to bargain, we should've hit the street.
When was the last time someone in your building asked for help with an over 70? And did they send a sup to help?We all walked out of the building when they sprung the over 70s on us.
UPS, WORKERS SETTLE ISSUE OVER PACKAGES
United Parcel Service and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters agreed last night to negotiate how workers handle heavy packages, ending the tension of a national walkout called by the union, …www.mcall.com
Friday I helped A driver carry something up the steps of an apartment. When was the last time someone in your building asked for help with an over 70? And did they send a sup to help?
We’re not all suck ups like you. Every day someone asked. When was the last time someone in your building asked for help with an over 70? And did they send a sup to help?
Of course I did tell the driver next time just leave it at the bottom of the stairs because that’s what I do I put it on a two wheeler and at the bottom of the stairs it goes I’m not a furniture moverWe’re not all suck ups like you.
It's been years since anyone in my building asked for help. Usually leave them for an air driver to deliver. We’re not all suck ups like you. Every day someone asked.

Plenty of us ask for and receive help from fellow hourlies at my building. Not enough, true, but dealing with nasty over-70s goes hand in hand with our efforts to try and give drivers a firm basis of contractual knowledge and to encourage them to follow the methods, so they're not afraid to enforce the contract. It's been years since anyone in my building asked for help. It's called an end range motion. Maybe look it up and learn to question your "outstanding work ethic." Meanwhile I'm gonna keep cutting my teeth in conflicts over our working conditions.Or are you afraid you'll break a nail?
or have it trigger every 30 seconds. What he said pretty much. It’s limited to 30 seconds after a triggering event. I’m sure UPS will try and expand it.
just like how water comes in from the vents in the front already?Just vents to let hot air out would help a lot but UPS is more worried about water leaking in.
2 years ago I got some of those boxes. they had insulation packs all around the outside, with a giant pack of an iced gel bag in the middle too. I cant imagine that was good for their bottom line. none ever came ruined though. But I may have gotten 2-3 boxes for the cost of one .Always wonder what the hellofresh looks like when somebody opens that box up
