I've been searching the ups job list for a bit and Arizona is not listed in the advanced search filters. Does this mean there are simply no jobs available in that region?

I live in the Phoenix. Work the midnight sort as a sorter for two years. To answer your question I'm assuming it's kinda slow right now so maybe they are not hiring right now. Just keep checking. Driver is like 5-6 years. But I'm assuming when Saturday ground starts that will be cut down quite a bit

Heat does not matter. Still ok for the water to be 100 yards away from your work area.
