Easy to get aroundI don't get it.....it's not like Apple can't track their products once they're registered....super easy to get caught.
Maybe but it's not worth losing my job over!Easy to get around
No it's not. But for some part-timer making $9 an hour, stealing, selling an i6 for $300 is tempting. I just pointed out that there is a market for stolen iphones because they can be easily hacked and Apple cannot track them.Maybe but it's not worth losing my job over!
We thought the same thing with the online pharmacies until we had to pay a settlement.
We handle tons of packages worth far more than the iPhone's retail ($600-$800). Yet, not nearly the attention to their security compares to the iPhone. It's not like there's even markings on the boxes. So it's unlikely a passerby would even steal the thing off a doorstep. Even laptops and phones from other brands are able to be DR,d. Get clearly marked Dell laptops all the time that don't require sigs. Worth more than an iPhone.
Dell laptops suck.

What did we pay? $34 million to settle it. I think they are going after FedEx for $1.2 billion. We got a good deal not to mention little bad publicity. We didn't have to pay a settlement-----it made more sense to do so rather than go through what FedEx is going through now.
Our whole PCM was let's kiss Apple's ass so they will continue to throw us the occasional scraps.
I had 4 dozen or so...I prefer them over those RH catalogs.I had a grand total of 6 of them today-----got rid of them all.
And people will pay it....crazy!The people that have them are selling them on the craigslist for 1000 to 2500 dollars.
