Can you not read your own post? It shows conflicts with less casualties than what is currently happening. It shows conflicts that ended. The Israelis didn't keep on killing. It doesn't show genocide. It shows the Israelis killing attackers. Nowhere did they do as you said they'd do if Hamas surrendered. The fighting ends when Hamas surrenders.

Hamas won't stop trying to kill Israelis until there is no Israel. So as long as Israel continues to exist, ending the blockade would only allow Hamas to resupply more rapidly so it can attack more Israelis more frequently.
